Learning opportunities

Enjoyed each and every moment of my time with hollard, pepolpe and the environment all was fantastic till became sick and have to stay home and take the treatment

I work in an environment that is complex and high pressurized.

i Hi There is constant deadline as the business is ever changing with legislature and technology. There is not the 1 day that is the same. I work in a large team with different personalities.I have learnt new skill as a learning consultant in a training space. The most challenging part is when the training does not go planned, to find alternative solutions

Gathering requirements and building reporting tools like dashboard and automating reports

I enjoy having informative meetings that gives me insights on how the processes of the campany works and interact and as a BI analyst I'm able to deliver with clear understanding of what the business want, my daily work is to gather stakeholders requirements, build dashboards and writing sql scripts to report to stakeholders.

Dynamic working environment.. Company prioritizes learning and development , opportunity to learn more. friendly and competent team members. The company could offer staff home loans or medical aid subsidy

Growth, learning curve, eye opener to what I truly desire

You can’t just rely on Walk in clients so you need to have a continuous plan to make business daily. I have a wonderful supportive team. We have an environment where anyone who is willing to learn is able to learn new things within the job. I’ve learned that being a leader comes with great responsibility and sacrifice but most importantly never compromise on your “yes and no”. The most challenging aspect of this job was finding people who have the will to succeed.
