Excellent

Good and also clean environ and also we do work long hours but it's worth it because we want to make money and reach our monthly target so I can't say it's a bad company but it's made me have experience of sales and dealing with customersment

Excellent coordinating

I am a fast learner. When am at work i put work first.I also social with my colleagues

Ii dont like people who gossip I am a straight talker As am working with client i ve become everyone friends and i socialise eith everyone. . . If i have wring anyone at work i like the matter ti be addressed in a right way and not being put under the bridge

Growth , excellent learning curve

Company was so good the only reason to look for employment elsewhere is the relocation to cape town growth is there and salary was so much better than where I was before

Excellent performance on my role

Elicit Requirements via JAD session, Create Business Case, Business Requirements Specification, Business Processes, Test Cases. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. At Hollard the best learning curve was when I changed career rom ITS Specialist to Business Analyst. The relationship that i have with my stakeholders, it makes my project to be completed quicker because they stakeholders trust me The most challenging aspects of my job is having to switch from 62 different project from each 1 week sprint
