the bra normal day at my company is opening the branch disabled makemyseld some coffee tgeeady for my day re the alarm m_anch service clip start at opening then we start servicing clients for different things the branch doorsents assist awe start by existing clients servicing remove and add befits we we make sure all the documents is correct for fica purpose relation ship with my colleagues is very go there most challenging was that the clients at Hollard are for more xhosa speaking clients i had a few basic xhosa but had the learn even more while I'm working hrreod coz I'm a very open person an help were i can ses also do new policy ne fitsgwe sr isi have learned a lot i have learned more about funeral as i was doing more loans at my previous companyd mutual n a team

Best sales company
I have learned a lot by working at Hollard I managed to acquire lot of skills as a team leader, also nearnt how to communicate with my team without shouting at them. It was a good platform that taught me lot of things like the interview skills, how to communicate with others in respect even if you are their leader. The challenge was when you do not meet the target that was the most challenging thing. But other than that I enjoyed working at hollard since I was given a chance to be exposed to learn more skills.

Excellent learning curve
I used to open up the brunch every morning prepare my day for clients that need help with policies then go to lunch around 12:00 then I would come back and relief then when it's time to nock off I would lock up then I go home we also call leadsy and make sales

Great stepping stone
GoodMy typical works dai starts of with booking presentations for groups of people in the goverment sector. Speak to the heads of departments and principals of schools to give their staff a presentation. I have learnt to comfortably speak infront of large crowds and handle objections en give correct financial advice. I love working with people so I definitely enjoy it the most. The most challenging aspects of my job is to travel across the country at your own cost

Excellent learning curve
Working at the company I learned to do team work and come up with solutions. The challenges that I have experienced should finding the client that have ttoo much objections and not understanding the product. Also learned how to handle those objections deand deal with costumer. Now I have learned and understand the needs of people
