Excellent

I have 5 years experience in sales administration. I work well individual and in groups. I liase with clients face to face and telephonically. I also have 3 year dioloma in travel and tourism. Would love to work in hotel or in the ship. Im fluent in english would love to learn other language. Im also very friendly and can work under pressure...

Solving customers problems

Its very good to work in Avery busy environment, because I've learned how to sever customer, communication when I'm around people,team work and I really experience a good customer service. Most of the time I get to the point where I have to deliver what I render and there's no stock,I just make sure the I get it and make the customer happy. It makes me happy when I do a courtesy call then the customer is happy. What matters is go deliver an excellent service.

Learning curve

even thou we have basic salary but the struggle of earning commission, to reach monthly targets cold calling,prospecting of customers with an unpleasant manager who give us tough time for our job to flow but through all that one has strive to excel in every duty on hand learn to multi-task what i enjoyed about my job is to work closely with my clients in general i enjoy serving people

I have experience in admin ,reception,stock and management

I have worked In house and home for the past 3 and a half years. I have gained experienced in admin stock reception and management. I am a Hp clerk. I do all the admin work , I also do cashing and reception. And I also receive and dispatch stock from suppliers and customers. I have experience in management i do our company's stationary ordiers , monthly income statements,weekly banking and expense invoice returns . I also assist when management and supervisor are not in. Working at house and home is a very nice place to gain experience but you also need to go up in life and have a team spirit . Everyone wants to grow in a company and become a better person .

It was a start

I am gratefull for the opportunity i was given as it made me a beter worker but there is no space for growth The company does not know what they want or lets sy the branch they give you a job title but the work they give you is not always part of your title and do not try to ask questions you will get threaten with warnings rules change all the time How can they expect for example a cassier who works for company x to relieve a security working for comoany z and tel them that is not your job than like i said warnings and they only expect it from sertan workers the workers with lawyers never have to relieve security If you work hard they give you someone elses work to do aswell the people who are never working are always save they show up late for work constant and nothing happens to them the person who is always on time shows up late one day and they want to start handing out warnings So at the end there is no positivity in the company

A good atmosphere to work, learning a lot about furniture, product knowledge,

We work as a team and in the morning we have a meeting with the staff about the sales figures and the emails that we received from our head office and also we give the staff a chance to raise any issues that we need to adress. I have a good relationship with the staff. I have learned a lot about furniture because on wednesday we do product knowledge.i have enjoyed working with the company because because of the customers that we assist on a daily basis, We never had a lot of customers complain The most challenging is when a senior manager does not to follow policies and procedure of the company,

Pros: The company is not devoloping staff, i have been there for almost five years but i was not developed or promoted
Cons: We only work long hours when there is customers after closing time or when we have to do housekeeping, or when we are behind with our duties or during our stocktake
