It's a leaening curve but very very stressfull to work with rude customers.
The managers is of no help, that want things done but no input. I enjoyed it at first but after a while its tiring dealing with customers. The workload gets more and no assistance from anybody makes it rather difficult. A typical day would be no complaints at all. Relationships with colleagues are good but eventually everyone leaves. I have learnt to respect others no matter the cost. I enjoy solving the complaints.
Pros: U stay in your position until u have to beg for another position

Excellent learning curve
My day is fast pace and multitasking I spend my day answering calls from the switchboard taking payments from customers,dealing with complaints and getting relevant staff to assist customers with complaints. I also do the filing of paperwork and banking of the branch. I have learned how to work under pressure and multitask. I enjoy having my own office and routine. I find it challenging to juggle too many tasks at once.

Good benefits
Very long hours working 7 days a week and having 2 weekends off in a month with 1 day off during the month ,underpays for the amount of resposibilty and rarely acknowledges a person when doing something good and right ,but always get threatend by H/O personel,also fulgar language used by H/O for example (Im going to fuck you up ,Or You and your staff fucked up again)

Excellent
It was a gud salary to me because i was able to afford so many things coz i was a hard worker and self motivated, convenient. And the was a good relationship with my colleagues and management, I have learn to work independent and i was gud in customer service.

Great listening skill and eager learner
Do the customers repairs daily Get the daily deliveries ready for contractors Phone suppliers regarding outstanding orders Phone suppliers regarding stock ready for credit collections Do the daily sectional of a department Have meeting with general assistants abut their daily tasks The one thing i like about my job is that everyday is different . You deal with customers and situations daily and that keeps me on my feet.
