Excellent learning curve
Working for my company is very good and challenging, we get tasked on achieving the best possible sales daily and have been tought the best customer service. How to build a relationship with people and that your co-workers are there for your support should you need any and teamwork is key. The brand I promote is one of the best in cellphones but number 1 yet in people's eyes so I love the challenge of having to explain to people why I recomend it over others and the progress the company has made in just a short space of time.

Challenges with staff Lots of driving, especially in off-road conditions towing mobile generators Working at elevated heights, transmission and RF related

Growth in the company and more experience and Chace to learn
Working the hole day and interacting with customers it's a great challenge as some are irrate with the very company and you need to re assure them that they made the right decision by choosing Telkom. Everyone works alone so it's not everyday that we meet each other but when we do is always good reason being that we start shearing our experience with customers and challenges on the the work and learn from that. I really enjoy my work cause not only you learn from work but from customers as well. My most challenging aspects is when I try to resolve a client problem and the is boarders..

Enjoying everything about my job.
I deal with all main stakeholders (Body corporates, HOA'S, Farm owners, Trustees, Planners, Roll out managers and subcontractors) operational queries or issues. Everyday is a great learning experience and also applying my past ICT industry experience to task to get a productive day.

Great learning experience
I as an area manager for Huawei technologies has been great and to an extent that I made it to top 10 top sellers in the country in the last quarter of 2016. Not only did I enjoy working there but I developed a huge self esteem and I now know how yo address senior management and be a great team leader.
Pros: It's the greatest because you learn and meet new people each and every day

A challenging environment with something to learn everyday.
A fast paced industry with immense pressure from all angles, with hectic crazy working hours from 08:00 - 18:00 or till late, with a very supportive, hardworking, caring, eager to learn team. Our company has many different employees from around the world, we learn different about cultures & languages everyday, the offices are filled with do much love. We have very hard to crack subcontractors with such great humour, great working skills, but sometimes untrustworthy. Working in this company has taught me how to manage people, patience & polished my interpersonal skills.

Good day I am service driven and a good team player. I matriculated in 1998 and did a BA in investment. I subsequently did short course on IT such Comptia A+, Comptia N + and ICDL as well as Datacom , FTTH certificates. I have worked in numerous organisation namely MTN, Neotel and Telkom. At MTN i was exposed to GPON network, doing configurations from the end user to back office, while at Neotel was exposed to converged networks configuration and Telkom, i dealt with EMSAN and RESHELL configurations. My being part of the team will not only benefit the team but the organisation at large. I personally think that i would be a valuable assest to the team and organisation.
