The review of my current role at the IDC
My current role review I am currently in an OD and Change Management role at the ODC and have extensive experience in organizational and personal transformation work and this includes change management, Talent Management, Personal and Team Coaching working with team and culture. I am also a qualified coach. So I manage and lead projects from a transformation point of view. I also a lead in culture transformation. I work closely with Senior HC Business partners and support them from an OD and change Management point of view. My clients are Senior HC Business Partners, Executives, Line Managers across all levels and teams. I enjoy working with new and challenging projects that requires conceptualization to implementation. I have introduced a number of frameworks and processes supporting transformation and change. Because I am the only OD and Change Management in my space I am involved in the whole project cycle, from conceptualization, planning, design, development and implementation.

Excellent Learnign Curve
My typical working day entails attending meetings with credit committee, team mates and other internal clients. Going through e-mails, attending to request for resource from internal clients, making arrangements for valuation inspections, conducting inspections, rental determinations, reviewing external valuations, conducting valuations for internal clients, updating productivity schedules, vetting leases. I have learnt to project manage the various project I was assigned, dealing withvarious stakeholders in facilitating a deal until fundingis granted. I have a really good relationship with my team mates I enjoy the exposure I got from valuing the various types of properties which you would not ordinarily be in a position to value. The most challenging aspects of my job is the travelling the kind of properties we valuing.

Experience in Building Maintenance
- I have to ensure that the building is conducive to visitors and staff members on a daily basis. - I have build up a very good and strong relationship with my co-workers and that has made service delivery simple and flowing freely. - I have learnt that customers should be treated with respect and be listened attentively because they sometimes come with good ideas. - Working with people that value and respect someone's responsibilities is a good experience. - Selling new ideas to people is a very tough task. You have to understand your customers and know what they want.

Best company to learn and grow
My current job allows you an opportunity to learn everyday you recieve diffenr requests everyday from clients sometimes it is things that have not been done before. You have to think out of the box to assist client with a quick turnaround time , however working with a team that has vast expience in financial industry as well strong business management they make it more easier to exucute any given task.

Excellent learning enviroment
Good company to work for, they are concirned about the employee development.Flexible working hours. My relationship with my manager and colegues is very good. Canteen and gym facilities are very affordabble.
