Excellent learning oportunity

Ethics and honesty are very important as most of the time one works with projects and have to give an accurate progress report to superiors.The bosses are very supportive and the co-workers are very cooprative. The only challenge is the on boarding is not done effectively.The environment is favourable to work

Great challenging stage to grow professionally

The first thing I do when I get to work is check my diary and my to do list and my e-mails .I have learned to work is manageable. In as much as. we have a manager but we pretty much set our own diaries based on the set targets. The company supports career development and provides staff bursaries., I enjoy my job because it is challenging and I always learn new thing,

Culture needs to change

Great Company to work for but over the past 3 years there has been a lot of changes and I strongly believe that the Human Capital Department needs to be revamped.There is a need for a strong HR and a Union which will guide and protect employees which is lacking at this stage.

Best company to learn and grow

My current job allows you an opportunity to learn everyday you recieve diffenr requests everyday from clients sometimes it is things that have not been done before. You have to think out of the box to assist client with a quick turnaround time , however working with a team that has vast expience in financial industry as well strong business management they make it more easier to exucute any given task.
