Steps in the corporate world

Iemas was my first opportunity to work in a corporate environment. I enjoyed my time here as I had learnt many aspects of a financial institution in a short time. My drive allowed me to be moved into a management role within my first year at the business.

Back ground about myself

I have never imagined myself in sales, it is an overwhelming field. It has taught me consistency, communications and adaptability. I was able to explore my capabilities and I am proud to say I have adapted well in this field, my colleagues refer to me as a bubbly person because I get well with everyone and rather a flexible person. communicating with different members is always interesting because you learn more and more on how to deal with deal. However my unique mix of previous work experience and my status as a University of northwest student in my years studying financial accounting, makes me an ideal candidate for the position.

Cons: unable to reach clients on their cellphones , reaching targets.

Learning curve

My first serious job, a learned a lot from them but if they could change few things about how they do things: like they must try to appreciate and motivate their employees and reward them according to their hard work.

Willing to excell myself around the company

I am a fast learner and i enjoy being corrected to avoid a lot of mistakes and misunderstanding, i find it difficult to work with lazy people but nevertheless i accomodate them.

Excellent learning curve

Iemas financial services it a company started long time ago and since started working at iemas financial services I learned so many things that I didn't know eveh the position of sales consultant it was my first time working as sales consultant but I learned alot and gained more knowledge.
