Great learning experience

My work day start at 07:45 until 16:30. Excellent relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt to give attention to detail and I am very particulate about correctness and following processes and procedures. What I enjoy the most is to see clients and co-workers happy when assisting them.

Pros: Financial benefits when taking a loan from the company
Cons: No opportunity for promotion

Growth will be achieved with time

I hope there will be changes regarding the recruitment process. This will increase staff morale and promote personal development. The current process has little transparency and no accountability as there are no answers available.

Excellent learning curve

Great opportunities to obtain skills in different divisions

I have a terrific boss and some really amazing colleagues, always ready with a smile. I love the work I do, we have great offices very centrally situated with no parking issues.

Pros: Friday's are short day's
Cons: No succession planning or opportunities for promotion

Client services

we are working five days a week, we work like family, I learn to make a claims, advice clients, filling forms. I enjoying to see my client happy. When the client complaining is my challenge but I make a client come.

Pros: i want to see my self growing.
Cons: monday to thursday 7:45 to 16:30 and friday 7:45 to 3:15

Iemas is a good company to work for

In Iemas we work as team, we cover for each other, it was here that I really leant what being team member means. Credit control is generally a stressful environment but my team mates really make it really easy.

Pros: good company to work for, and learn a lot in the process
Cons: there is no cons that i can think of

Good learning curve for insurance industry

Working on audit engagements in the office or at the branch having meetings with clients analyzing data I work with a very fun bunch of people who love helping one another , we study together and we learn a lot from each other. I learnt how the insurance industry works and also have better experience in terms of working with new systems like Idea. I enjoy being able to work in teams and times to have my own projects. Travelling alone to branches which are in mining areas.
