Excellent learning curve

I am currently overseeing plan production on daily basis where I plan lead organise and control all the task need to ensure smooth operation of the plan and to ensure we meet target at the end of the month. I interact with the client and co workers a lot and through the relationship we build we always ensure we resolve any concern in a professional manner that will not have impact on the production of the plant..

Cons: Long working hours weekends included

• Reaching the targets and goals set for the area • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base • Servicing the needs of the existing customers • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market • Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole • Developing sales strategies and setting targets • Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets • Compiling and analysing sales figures • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts
