I give good customer service and all the admin jobs,help the customer get their money worth.
A typical work day the last day of the month however i don't describe it as a typical day is more job to be done and to be finish in time.I am an approachable and friendly so my co-workers can be open about any problem or help they want for work. I learn to lessen and understanding the customer so i can deliver a good customer service.challenging is when i get customer who do not understand that they have a poor credit portfolio they cant take any product on credit.
Pros: i can be patience even in the most difficit sitution special with the job that i do and i can be too understanding even if its to my own disadvantage however my current position i have learned to be most assertive.
Cons: to have good interpersonal skills ,customer care and customer services i can work under pressure at all the time.

Advance my career
I lean effective communication skills, team work versatile negotiations skills all levels. problem solving. I enjoyed counting of stock, data capturing, marking of stock.the challenge is to solve the the queries.

Customer and client services is always top priority internally and externally
To whom it may concern I love working and interacting with people and I believe one should have a healthy workin relationship .I am always considerate towards the next person and would help where assistance is needed. I consider myself a very friendly person who loves to interact both professionally and personally. The most challenging aspects about my job is dealing with irate and difficult clients and making sure that I deal with every situation in a professional manner and courteous manner.Every interaction is a learning curve to better myself in areas where I can improve on.

I started working as a cashier then customer service warranty controller then work as stock clerk using SAP system and ichanged position to various department because I wad eager to lrarn and I improving my skills and boosting my business Managent N6

Fast learner, strong person i like to try something new.
I enjoy working at incredible, just in the past 4 months i was retreched.so i feel like its time for a change. I like working with other peaple you learn how to work as a team. Some other days are difficult you get difficult customer but what is important is to know how to calm or solve a problem.long hours is not a problem i can handle that.
Pros: work hard and get promotion.
Cons: working long hours is not a problem.as long i will get my day off when is needed.

It gives people the opportunity to grow and learn more within the industry
I love working at incredible connection because there is a lot to learn from considering that its a large company which has it perks< a typical day would be receiving stock labeling it and getting my paper work in order. On the other hand working with my co-workers has been an absolute privilege because ive learned a lot from them concerning every department in store from back office to front and sales assistants so i would say i have a very good working relationship with them. The most challenging p[art of the job is always making sure the my work and are up to date nothing is behind.
Pros: The pros of the company is that there is room for growth and that as a person your are able to move up in the company its self.
Cons: The cons are working extra shifts to keep everything running smoothly.

Very excellent and easy to adapt
I believe that my strong and extensive experience as an Administrative supervisor, make an appropriate candidate for vacant position you might have. Currently I work as Administrative Supervisor at Incredible Connection IT (JD Group). My duties are as follows, Debtors & creditors (Banking, Bank recons, Petty Cash, queering invoices, Salaries spreadsheet and general admin). Programmers I use at work on a daily basis are SAP program, Microsoft Excel & word, E-mail & Internet. I strongly believe I can perform well all the delegated duties and tasks. On the previous posts I have been always receiving excellent feedback from my superior and my team members which prove my strong commitment to perform my responsibilities in professional and effective manner. Furthermore I am good leader, for example: good communicator, accurate, goal oriented, etc. I perceive an employment opportunity as a significant advancement in my career.

Good learning environment
I have learned a lot when it comes to troubleshooting and fixing hardware and software related problems. I have learned dealing with impatient customers and angry ones. I have learned to take responsibility of any job that is in my hands and the one that belong to my colleagues in case they are off. I always enjoy it when I have to troubleshoot computers that don't switch on at all because they give more challenge than any other.
