I am a dynamic, passionate project manager.
I love project management with a special interest in clear requirement definition. I have experience various project environments within the IT space ranging form network to development to information security. The most challenging part of the IT project management environment is the limitation of scope creep. I believe that most IT projects don't have clear requirements and therefore are not scoped correctly and therefore cannot deliver as agreed.
Pros: Dynamics of various projects
Cons: Long hours as most of the implementation happens outside of working hours.

A great le curve and good character building
ed Dea highly pressured job in an invironment environment where only the resilient survive and where people who are just there to do their job survive, however if your manager does not like you chances of growing and learning are zero to non. partment to work for
Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Long hours

Human lead processes
and have the right people in the room. I As junior brand manager, i have learnt the importance of putting people first and prioritising work relationships. 90% of my role is managing relationships and not people, the other 10% is managing my processes. This is not to say, being organized and efficient is not important but you have to recognise the person behind the process. If there is one thing that this pandemic taught all of us is that we are human first. As a manager, a great process is nothing without having the right conversations and have the right people in the room. I thoroughly enjoy working with a team that not only trustst their capabilities but also trust me to lead them in the right direction. However, being a young manager comes with lack of experience and as a result a lack of trust. However, with right the guidance i believe skills can be taught. The most challenging part about my role are the people, however, they are the ones that push me to my greatest potential.
Pros: promoted from graduate to Junior Brand manager
Cons: Not enough exposure

Constantly busy
Great for young people still growing. Flat organisation structure making career growth to be limited. Great internal programs but they are not externally recognized. Good wellness packages but no staff products or staff rates.
Pros: Opportunity to learn
Cons: No external learning support

Excellent learning opportunity
Everyday was different with new challenges. In terms of my learning, I've gained so many skills in my role. Client services, data analysis, financial and so many others.Friendly co-workers,making you feel like part of a family. The hardest part of the job would be that it is a highly stressful role with extremely challenging and demanding clients. The most enjoyable part of the job would be the company culture,we have some really nice client interactions. have some really nice client interactions and structuring deals
Pros: Company culture , growth and great client interaction
Cons: High stressful environment

Growth for personal well being
I am at an institute where the culture is out of the ordinary. I enjoy coming to work because of my colleagues and the culture, makes work a little easier. I am blessed to be in the space I am in, as I get to interact with various teams within the bank and helps to get an understanding of many aspects with regards to what I do and to how the bank works. Each day is a good day as it comes with its own challenges and being the person I am, I enjoy as you can always learn as there is a lesson in everything one does. The challenges that I face are more system related issues as in the market systems are not perfected.
Pros: Great space to gain knowledge within different spaces
Cons: AML space is constantly changing
