Great for young people still growing. Flat organisation structure making career growth to be limited. Great internal programs but they are not externally recognized. Good wellness packages but no staff products or staff rates.

Ian amazing organisation that cares about its people Lovely, highly driven individuals who are kind and really helpful. Perfect for extroverted people who live socialising . Employees are treated with respect and genuine care .

Meetings with senior management, discuss audit plans, meetings with audit committee and risk committee members. Meetings with external auditors to discuss reliance on internal audit work.

Excellent culture
The company is well managed. It has a flat structure and allows for the envisioned culture to be practiced on a day to day. I learned to pave my way in a corporate jungle and build lasting relationships with my colleagues and also industry counterparts. The challenge was having to adapt to the culture and have that work for my benefit.

Excellent exposure
Fantastic opportunity to research, design and develop new solutions to business problems. Amazing support network. Aggressive and competitive culture is challenging to navigate. Lack of leadership delays delivery and decision making. Very slow processes.
