We were a team of 6 ladies.Out quality and management always pushed us to do our best and give the best customer service.This company gave us extensive training especially because we dealt with irate customers.I learned the ability to stay calm throughout the call and give the customer the best experience on the line.

Career's ups and downs
My day begins by attending to all the inquires that came in the previous day after hours. Relationship with my co-workers is like sisterhood. I have learnt that you have to always upskill yourself and learn as much as possible. I enjoy being with my family. The challenging part of my job is that processes change often and dealing with customer's over the phone can be challenging on its own. With the pandemic that is globally taking place, the company that I work for had to do restricting and retrenchments, unfortunately I was demoted, not because of my work ethics. I am now a call centre agent, I am not demotivated. I fell like I was given another chance to re start and do better.

Learning curve

My Job Experience
I have a clear understanding of what is expected from me in the job I am currently doing. I can handle difficult customers especially when it comes to service delivery. We have an open door policy at all times if I have to refer to my superior. What I have learnt is that you can never work on your own their has to be communication among fellow workers for we have one common goal to achieve. I enjoy it when the company reach there monthly targets meaning bonuses for us on pay day. The most challenging aspect for me was to identify the car parts when a respondent complain or to order the particular parts. On any particular day I like to priorities before I start dialing and make sure I had my first cup of tea when entering the office.

I have gained an abundance of knowledge from report writing, escalating complaints, reviews. Team work is key in our daily activities I enjoy achieving a client CSI score of 95% above
