Learned exceptional customer services and call centre experience
I am a Lead Tracker Agent and ; I’m currently enrolled for my first year at UNISA for a Diploma in Accounting Science. I hold a Certificate in Responsible Business and a Certificate for The Mini-Enterprise Programme: which I both obtained from the Junior Achievement Programme. I should be chosen for the post because: I am a self-driven person- with my “eye set on the ball” I strive to achieve in every field I work in, surpassing set standards, what sets me apart is my keen eye for attention-to-detail, I’m a logical and friendly person, I’m able to work both alone and as part of a group. I have good verbal and written communication skills.

I have learned a lot from this company
My job is to make sure that what I transcribed makes sense and what I enjoy mostly is that I also get to know more about advertising industry as well as teaching others as well .the beautiful part is that I work at home without pressure and I'm responsible and reliable.i deliver on time . I work late nights as well it's hectic at times but I really enjoy transcribing it gives you all the focus .

Learning new skills
Hard working team player. Attention to details. Like to take on projects. Deadline driven. Learnt that instead of taking on any thing to prioritise the importance of each and note step by step who what and where. Allocate to each person with SMART objectives

Long work hours no work life balance no staff rewards or incentives
A very challenging work environment because of its lack of staff centricity. The company needs to innovate its product and service offering to be more competitive and seems very slow to adapt to change.

Growth allowance
The most challenging aspect is of that working in a fast pace environment and that you must always be on the phone all day, my relationship with my co-workers is good and we work well together, the typical day at work is that you on the phone all the time no routine change nothing challenging about being on the phone all day, I have not learnt anything yet as I am new at that company, I don't enjoy anything at the moment. I just want to grow and be in other position which are challenging and of those that I will learn something everyday, there are positions that do come out and they do encourage us to apply because they want us to grow and not be in the same position all long.
