I dont feel like im being appreciated. I give the company all of me everyday.

My typical work day consist of few to none breaks. I hardly complete my daily to do list, because of simple things that constantly pops up - hence sacrificing my breaks to complete my tasks at hand. I have a very strong, open, honest, loving, and extremely supportive relationship with my co-workers, which is one of the reasons I can’t seem to let go. I have learnt that it is now time to start broadening my horizon as there are a few things I would like to achieve in my 5 year life plan, but cannot do it with this salary. I have learnt to be as supportive as possible to co-workers and subordinates, because that's what helps the job get done efficiently. I enjoy the running around and keeping busy. I also enjoy the knowledge I can leach from my co-workers. The most challenging part of my job is having to be restricted to doing my job. Once a staff member does not do a task, the responsibility then falls on me to take ownership and include it in my tasks - displacement is not always the key.

Excellent growth and learning platform

We call client that are overdue with payment and help them to make arrangement which suits their financial status , sending out statements and settlement letters , customer service query handling aswell as assistance when the team leader is not available to help other agent in arears where im needing or with clients . Reception is part of my duties when our receptionist is absent or on leave , greeting client anf meeting client , taking calls and messages bookings for meetings . We have a family friend relationship at work some days we gmhave our differences but never seem to interfere with our daily work and sort it out almost immediately. I have learned to understand the value of my work , wotking with people understanding our customers and their situations assisting others .

Pros: you may move from one position to another and a lot of opportunity

Debt collection

I make inbound and out bound but main point is to make PTP while I have to follow up on client's quire if necessary escalate to relevant department. I am expected to make minimum of 60 account whether its incoming or out going and make 15 PTP per day. there are meeting/ briefing in between. As many department as possible you still cover other if they have meeting e.g logistics, admin and customer service. There are always team building to groom you outing to learn each others difference strength and weaknesses. Big room to grow and jobs are first advertise internal.

Excellence in solving customers queries, good telephone etiquette, experience in E-commerce

Excellent telephone etiquette, good in solving customers queries, team player,deliver on time.learning the etiquette of how you communication with customer over email,response to customer queries as soon as possible.

My job

Not paying well

I enjoyed working there so much and I was being sorrounded by positive people who had a mind set of making money as I was too supporting team leader

Open to your ideas and willing to try it if it makes sense

You are given the opportunity to present your ideas and for them to be considered, all that i have learnt is through my experience, willingness to learn. All i know is mostly self taught, learnings and through research, i enjoy what i do but given my tenure i need to make a change, sustainablity is important as well as growth. I work with a great team, we work well together and we remember to have fun, yet we also given the opportunity, especially with big projects, to work off site to focus on the project goals.

Work experience

I work in a fast paced BPO environment and have forged many internal and external beneficial relationships. I've learned that there is no such thing as talent and we are all equal. Working hard makes you achieve goals in life.I enjoy dealing with external debt collecting companies and driving performance on a daily. Most challenging part of the job is to maintain good performance ,but that is all part of the daily grind.I work in a fast paced BPO environment and have forged many internal and external beneficial relationships. I've learned that there is no such thing as talent and we are all equal. Working hard makes you achieve goals in life.I enjoy dealing with external debt collecting companies and driving performance on a daily. Most challenging part of the job is to maintain good performance ,but that is all part of the daily grind.

Learning curve

Working for the company i am working for its challenging because not everyday you reach a target,and to work with a team its as well challenging you different characters of collegues.I enjoy working with a team and shring our diffucult times.i have to speak cleary on the phone with customers.
