Work experience

I work in a fast paced BPO environment and have forged many internal and external beneficial relationships. I've learned that there is no such thing as talent and we are all equal. Working hard makes you achieve goals in life.I enjoy dealing with external debt collecting companies and driving performance on a daily. Most challenging part of the job is to maintain good performance ,but that is all part of the daily grind.I work in a fast paced BPO environment and have forged many internal and external beneficial relationships. I have gained great experience from my time at Ismart and am grateful for the opportunity I do however want to move out of the CBD area as I have responsibilities that I need to take care of by being home at a reasonable time I am dedicated and hardworking and extremely driven to meet my targets and I feel that this would be the right move for me to show my skill in sales.

Pros: The customers i work with everyday is special as I learn someting new every day but the hours and travelling are not working for me at the moment.
Cons: I have a 6 year old daughter and my wife works away most of the time so i have the responsibility of raising my daughter but i do not get the oportunity to do so because of the time i get home at night especially working in the CBD and I live in strandfontein.

Learning experience, growth

Ismart gave me the opportunity grow and develop my passion and what I am good off. I will not say it was the company it was the managers I have worked under for the past almost 5 years. Thy have allowed me to fine myself in the workplace.

Cons: Their commission or incentives is little

Debt collection, Data capturing, Ms word ,

I love working in a friendly workplace, I enjoy speaking to clients via telephonic and helping where its due. I enjoy every bit of collections. Academic history enabled me to gain experience in Admin Management, Data Collection, Capturing, and Analyzing and numerous other Office Tools.

Pros: Always being on time
Cons: Mood swings

Life at Ismart.

My relationship with co-workers is a very open relationship, where we trust and rely on one another. I have learnt that one needs to enjoy their job in order for them to be sucessful at what they do. The m,ost challenging aspect of the job is when you actually need to dismiss an employee that you personally appointed.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth.
Cons: No permanent opportunity

Open to your ideas and willing to try it if it makes sense

You are given the opportunity to present your ideas and for them to be considered, all that i have learnt is through my experience, willingness to learn. All i know is mostly self taught, learnings and through research, i enjoy what i do but given my tenure i need to make a change, sustainablity is important as well as growth. I work with a great team, we work well together and we remember to have fun, yet we also given the opportunity, especially with big projects, to work off site to focus on the project goals.

Pros: Flexiliblty
Cons: No growth for me
