I consider my self good manager ans a team player im leader of 10 permanent and 6 casuals and 3 45hrs employees. I believe i have grown a lot in running such a busy store in soweto.

Self motivated

At the company is busy day by day, what i like the most is that we are positive team players, hard workers and always meet company requirements, also learnt about how to treat a customer, care for the customer and also motivate the customer on how he/she would benefit from buying garments that u selling

Excellent learning curve

I have been with jam clothing for three years now, and I have grown but I believe its time for me to venture into other places.I work very long hours and its far from were I live so I'm looking for something better

Learning curve

With jam clothing I have learned a lot of things I am ready to go out spread my wings fly so high like an eagle. Retail is an interesting industry to those who have passion and interest in it.

Customer service, merchandiser and a cahier

I always make sure that the customer should not come of the store empty handed. I have strong team working skills, customer service and good communication skills. I have eye to detail, gooc numerical skills Smile is the first expression. When it comes to customer , I always make sure they are satisfied when they come out of the store. Before I knock off, I make a schedule of the work i am going to do the next day.

Im currently training as a chef at Beach Hotel,my relationship with co- worker are perfect and I ve learned cooking and serving at buffair and am willing to learn more as im doing my training.I enjoy cooking a lot.

Promoting the new arrivals stock and good challenge convening the turnover.

I have very good team,fast learners,very creative,Good merchandisers. I'm enjoying most meeting cutomers and closing the deals and promoting the new stock.

Great learning experience

Opening and closing the store.Have a meeting with staff members regarding yesterdays figures and where to improve when it comes to the figures and we as people on a day to day basis.Print out marked downs and give cashier's floats to work on tills,Write down lunches,paperwork,Send figures via WhatsApp at 12,2and 6pm daily,Check clock in and out the computer if they are fine or not before 11 am Daily drops. checklist,Housekeeping Staff search.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more about retail management
Cons: No growth after store management position
