Opening and closing the store.Have a meeting with staff members regarding yesterdays figures and where to improve when it comes to the figures and we as people on a day to day basis.Print out marked downs and give cashier's floats to work on tills,Write down lunches,paperwork,Send figures via WhatsApp at 12,2and 6pm daily,Check clock in and out the computer if they are fine or not before 11 am Daily drops. checklist,Housekeeping Staff search.

Great business exposure, more skills to be gained, lack of communication between organisation managerial levels at some times but it is a environment to work in

Great learning curve
when I joined jam clothing I knew nothing about retail but now I know a lot. I grew within a job in such a short space of time. learned how to merchandise, customer service, how to use the pos system on the till, how to insert price tags and do stock taking. I worked for only 2 months as a casual then became a permanent because the company saw potential in me. sometimes I help them with filing because I have experience as a receptionist and I know my way around the office and I have a team work spirit. challenging aspect was when the area manager recognises my good job but the manager was negative towards everything I do.
Pros: excellent learning curve
Cons: workload too high but the salary is low

Target driven team player with the ability to manage 10 staff members plus
This is most probably the best company to work for the environment that we introduce to the customer is relaxed and helpful. Set aside the long hours of work it gives me pleasure to assist customers and to solve problems and to stop future issues a happening. i have worked with all cultures in life and in retail it's no different, My staff respects me and I do them as without the one the other won't be there. The most challenging part of the company is we do often so get vary rude and brude customers

Im currently work as a chef,cooking,making platers,working@buffair and hospitality@Gooderson Beach Hotel.I am hard worker and would like to work as team,I am people person.I work weekend too if I have too and night shift and day if I have too.I enjoy cooking and anything about hospitality.i lke challenging time or moments when its too busy.I am fast leaner.

Hard worker team player
Key holder i do all the banking. I receive stock and do the capturing of stock. Start of stock take. Hiring of staff. Do sop training. I un pack stock. I do the merchendacing of the store. Ordering of stock. I do have great understing with my staff. I do dicipling. I live a new challange were i can learn more about the company, to beter my career. The most challening part off my job is to make montly target. And to do instore promotions.

Excellent leadership
Everyday has its challenges but because of myRunning the shop to achieve profits and be able to attend to customers complaints and making sure they are well taken care of is all the drive I need.on the other hand the AM is really not being professional at all times ,she has favourites but that doesn't bother me cause I'm not here to be her from working team things get better.

I am an ambitious lady who is not afraid to take risks and not afraid to relocate if possible.
I am a dedicated young lady who is willing to learn and grow in this retail industry,I have worked in Woolworths before as a sales assistant before relocating,in Woolworths I was a till operator,but at where I am working I am everything from a till operator ,to a store merchadiser ,I enjoy working with customers and I have learnt so much in the retail industry, I have experience in retail and willing to learn more and spread my wings to better and bigger things.
