I have great experiencing time when it comes to troubleshooting on electrical circuits

I do pre start inspections before i give thr plant to the operator thats only visual and adjust necessary settings, when they start i need to run water pump, make sure the plant has started in sequence.than i sign off the plant if there is a fault i attend to it.and then workbon my daily job card

Pros: I can only study to become a supervisor or an engineer
Cons: The trouble shooting time when production is waiting on ,cant take long to fix the problem

Terrible

There are no systems in place. Most of the learning has been self learning for myself. Trust levels are very low. There is a culture of finger pointing.

Pros: Pay is ok.
