Interview and hire prospective agents. Assist in administering team attendance records, salary plans. Build and maintain a positive working environment that attracts and retains high- quality staff. Plan and manage a range of non-phone activities for agents. Meet monthly key contact center performance goals for quality, productivity and key performance metrics. Conduct formal agent performance and informal reviews, including annual goal- setting/performance development plan, mid-year performance review, and final year- end performance review. Ensure that customers questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly. Address challenging customers and problems that require escalation outside of the department. Report, analyze and resolve system, customer and operational issues that impact service quality. Provide informal support between coaching sessions.

Call center agent, QA agent to being filing manager
I started working In Landau as a call center agent and got promoted to a QA agent within a year then in few months given a position for being a filing manager which shows growth and trust. The challenge was being offered a position with on knowledge in but with the assistance of my team I got to understand the job they. I enjoy my work due to I work close with all departments in the company and having to lean new things everyday

I love earning new ventures at work and generaly
I am a hard working person who love to take challenge. I love pushing my self to the limit. I can work underpresure. I can also work with out supervision. I like working with groups and i can work independently.

Learning more
Learning more about the call centre industry.working at landau was great my team was the best,and the money was good we pushed on an everyday basis to make target and earn more money.I love working with people and learning different things everyday.

No learning experiance
the company it is not in a remote area it is situated next noisy panel beaters no shops around for lunch time, the building its self looks nothing like a professional, your job description it is not well specified you work all fields with less money there are no bonuses or Christmas party for staff at the end of the year, the management staff they only look out for themselves. there is nothing to enjoy at this place honestly people resign every day new staff are interviewed every week, the job is actually a learning curve but you can not build a future in that company

Great Growth within company
Being a Trainer and a Team Leader has taught me Patience, Respect, Acceptance, Love and also the importance of leading by example. I train and accommodate brand new Inexperienced people looking for work experience and I love grooming and equipping them with the experience. When I'm at work the way I am happy the way my teams perform makes me forget about other challenges I personally have, Work is a haven for me if I can put it that way. I encourage the agents to reach their monthly weekly and daily KPI targets, I coach and motivate them and suddenly I check the stats and BOOM my agents have reached their targets. The challenges of my job is having to deal with agents who don't listen who don't appreciate their jobs, who perform badly due to their behavior. As Team Leader there is only so much I can do but at the end of the day its up to the agent on what choice to make.

Good experience in legal matters
as we know every company has its own ups and downs working at landau sometimes can be challenging, having to deal with one of incompetent co-workers can be really a drag.i must say first time coming to landau attorneys i had no clue how other legal matters works however i got the opportunity to learn and know few things,what i enjoy most is meeting guest and provide them with refreshments reason being i talk to much so talking to our guest makes me happy and its part of making them to feel at home. the most challenging part of my day at work was assisting with interviews and doing criminal check that is the most challenging aspect of my job.

Excellent learning curve
we login on the computer,get ready to dial and talk to debtors,i personally get on well with my co-workers and always ask for advise where i need to,i have learnt patience,discipline,negotiation skills,i enjoy being around an environment where there is a lot of people,the challenge is not meeting my target.
