Good experience in legal matters
as we know every company has its own ups and downs working at landau sometimes can be challenging, having to deal with one of incompetent co-workers can be really a drag.i must say first time coming to landau attorneys i had no clue how other legal matters works however i got the opportunity to learn and know few things,what i enjoy most is meeting guest and provide them with refreshments reason being i talk to much so talking to our guest makes me happy and its part of making them to feel at home. the most challenging part of my day at work was assisting with interviews and doing criminal check that is the most challenging aspect of my job.

I would like to work for a company that appreciates the work of its employees. And reward them
Start at 8:30. Listen to collections calls for quality. Prepare reports. Coach other agents on how to collect. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers . I now know how to collect, I enjoy the daily coaching sessions because I learn a lot from them.

Good in development
Its a nice environment, managers, supervisors and general employees work hand in hand to reach a goal. Colleagues have a teamwork spirit and senior staff are always guiding the new employees. I have learnt that communication is imperative in a workplace, it helps to understand each other so that we can reach our goal as a team. Working as a Debt Collector, I enjoy when I the hard work I put in pays off. The most challenging aspect is when Debtors raises a dispute and you have to solve the query and still have to convince the Debtor to make payment.

Learnt about every aspect of the business
It was a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the running and planning of the business as I was reporting and advising all management levels from small team leaders all the way to the directors themselves. No day was typical, every day was an adventure in problem solving and empowering junior managers to make more and better informed decisions that were data driven and often automated. I was also involved in on boarding new technologies like SSRS and a chat bot as well as improving the recruitment process and internal training program. The hardest part of the job was a combination of convincing managers to take risks and trust what the Data was saying as well as explaining exactly what the data was saying and what it wasn't. I really enjoyed seeing people using new systems and processes I developed to speed up and improve their daily operations.

Love working with people and willing to learn new things
I work a early hour shift where i get to listen to calls and train different teams. I work in a team of five and i get along well with my co-workers. i have learned that everyone has different attitude and one has to learn to adapt to all of them so that you can have a good working relationship.I enjoy giving training to new agents starting with the company. what is challenging for me is when am giving training on an old agent and they do not agree to your findings and they are giving you attitude and they refuse to sign their score cards.

I learned a lot about custome service and team work
Long working hours with pressure from team leaders. Great opportunity for promotions.i also experienced a lot of racism while I was still there. Favouritsm from team leaders. Great environment if you wanna gain work experience and there's lot of team work amongst employees. There's lot of team cohesion.

Good work experience
I have learned to work under pressure. I have gained leadership skills also. Their working environment is good for first time employees There are some mentorship programmes we attend every month, to let us know one another.

Good learning experience
Working as a debt collector at Landau Attorneys is work ethically, with great team building. Working with co-workers is more exciting and builds up a team spirit of encouragement. I have learnt that positive mindset leads to great achievements and I enjoy working with different people with different cultures. The most challenging aspects of the job is reaching the target you are assigned to achieve as an agent, but nevertheless, working hard and dedication towards your work leads a great success in your job.

Working for the company helps one to grow within the legal industry. Started working with only an admin experience, but now have gained skills i.e communication, Telephone inbound and outbound,

Landau Attorneys its great company I enjoy working here, the people and environment is friendly what I find challenging for me is how do I get growth due to it is still a developing company and growth is rare also working on the same thing you don't see improvement on becomes a bit of a hustle for, I want a company that allows me to multi task, with different roles where I might find the role i fit in at the end, going an extra mile is not a problem as long as it pays back at the end.
