Great learning curve.

My work at the office is busy and productive , goal oriented. I am transformational and responsible for my success. I deal with all the functional teams across the business to work towards resolving problems, supporting stores and suppliers and ensuring that our customers receive  the best service. My relationship with my colleagues  is incredible, it's about teamswork. We work towards achieving the same goal as Procurement Specialist and encourage one another. I enjoy the autonomy, you learn various aspects of the business , its a flat structure. I enjoy adding value. The most challenging part of my work are the systems that we use which are not interlink and our support is at our headquarters in France.The turnaround time to resolve issues is quiet challenging. Another challenge is compliance .Ensuring that our imports are compliant to South Africa standards. It take close to 6 months to get compliance certificates.

Excellent growth potential

Leroy merlin is a startup business in south Africa from France. They do not yet understand the south African market. Still a lot to learn I have learned a lot from the beginning of my time there I have a great time with my coworkers and become friends with most of them. What I have learned from Leroy merlin is that you have the opportunity to become what you want and you make your own decisions The best part was that we went on a trip to Portugal and France

Good company with dedicated staff. Team work is a very important value in the company. There is potential to grow with in the company but then many they are many different factors that may delay personal growth of individuals with in the company.

Pros: It's a growing company hence there is stability and job security since the company might be there in the long run.
Cons: Low potential to grow.

Learning curve

A typical day at work is quite challenging with customers tht are different and difficult but due to the love I have to serve customers incomes easy for me ..I have a good relationship with my coworkers and we have a healthy working relationship. I have to be autonomous and bring able to challenge myself to bluit my career as Dale's Consultant and a trainee mana.ti enjoy the culture we bring to the company. Being able to put your differences aside and hoping the store that I built from the get go.ger.

Good for experience, if you are a school leaver

The working hours are long and but your team mates are easy to work with, but 90% of the staff is not happy with their salary . This company is okay for someone who is looking for something to do after they graduate or matriculation, just to gain experience and get som money for data

New company in south Africa with new learning and new systems to operate in the field

Good company with different systems to learn new in south Africa with their own ideas and strategies to make market having no overtime and the salary is not reasonable enough to survive include transport to go to work

Great environment and great team to work with .great possibilities of growth

Tthe way they pay salaries is different but we work in the same department doing the same job it feels unfair overall the staff is an amazing team to work with always available assist customers as the walk in .

A unique and international working environment

A unique and international working environment which has tought me alot. Liaising with management and members of the board sitting in France through Skype meetings was a new experience for me.
