New company new in South Africa with new things

I am working in a retail as supply chain operations make sure i receive,dispatch,replenish and prepare orders for customers also operating equipment such as forklifts,richtruck and ppt. working 8 hours 5 days a week communication with colleagues in order to make our job easily

Excellent learning curve

These include leading a team of 30 supply chain team mates on day to day basis. My includes inter connections with various heads of departments within the company. Have also learn a lot on how to work with people on different cultures and beliefs as we ingage in work and social life

Pros: The company offers more opportunities to grow and explore the world
Cons: One tends to work extended hours and weekends, including holidays. So less time for family and friends outside work

Great company to work for.and the have internship programs which help candidates to gain experience which is amazing as this helps the to get ready for the outside world of working.

Excellent work culture

Currently I work in a comany full of enthusiastic individuals with the charisma to continuously improve. We have learn and share sessions every friday if called appero where we discuss a certain topic and social with co workers in the company. What I enjoy most is the great working relationship and the respect each worker has for the other despite the position/level
