Excellent
My job was nice and hectic. At Libra we were pushing our brand from Rtm to the taverners.I was enjoying when we were having promotion so that the customdcustomers will no our products and buy more. But It was not easy and u must always be happy no matter what.Its enjoyable but u must b strong. It's very challengable when pushing the product that they are not moving cause u have talk to the route to market first to reduce price n promise to pay it by something.
Pros: great opportunity for promotion

Excellent
Selling of our brand at the Rtm to taverns. Putting orders if needed or selling the products to them if we have. Building good relationship with them. It was challenging whe selling the products that are not fast moving and we end up trying to promote them. sometimes the owner they don't agree n they end up fighting .

Am hard worker and good in leassing
Am applying for sales rep position.Im having 4 years working at Libra Productions as sales and marketing.We where working at the taverns selling liqour.We are working even at home.The difficult part we are working in rural area where most of people are not working.For the work to be easy is to create good relationship with the customer.

Excellent working relationships
Good leaning curve,learn how to interact with people outside and inside the working area in terms of piching ideas and selling and implementation.good relationships between co- worker,day to day work hectic in terms of transport wise as is a very challenging because distances between the outlets,and is hard to pich or sell something that u don't have or maybe have a poster or board but u can't carry that by hand because it requires transport,the most important thing about the job is that u push yourself to a higher standards so that you can achieve your goals at the end of the day self driven that is what I enjoy most .no matter how hard the situation you have to make the best of it or even change it.

Always improving to stay relevant
I am a Sales Capability and Training specialist who is always improving himself to stay relevant and ahead in the industry. I have been in the sales industry for more than 25 years in various roles. I’ve dealt with people management, finance, budgeting, third party liaison, sales and targets. I am a very decisive person who works equally well as an individual and in a team environment. I am a self -starter who is driven by results, customer insights and customer excellence. I am a very analytical person with good communications and problem-solving skills. I am strategic thinker who has proven planning and organizing skills with an eye for logical end of started projects. My job is stress related and I have displayed good stress tolerance in my area of operation. I believe that I am a good motivator and interested in people development and change leadership. I have NQF 6 in Business Management, Diploma in Business Management and MAP from Wits Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator, and Life Coach certificates.

Excellent exposure to liquor trade
My day includes planning weekly visits to business partners, accompanying reps on infield coaching visits and manging administration reports. I meet with my direct reports twice a week to plan for the week and then again on a Saturday sum up our productivity. I also have a direct contact with other sub regions managers whom we meet weekly to discuss strategy implementation. I've learnt the practical application of delegation, account management, and rewards of coaching. I mostly enjoy negoation with key customers and deal making. Due to lack of advanced systems reports are generally tideous.
