Wonderful experience and excellent sales exposure with brilliant execution

I worked as a sales representative and was promoted to a team leader than later to a Production Manager. I also worked as a visibility manager. I was never a manager only but also a father figer to most of young man and woman that I worked with. That commanded a mutual respect. I learnt that there is always a room for growing the sales when you work diligently. I enjoyed passing the skill and coaching to my team. Competition is fies. So keeps us on our toes.

Pros: Learnt that working with customers can be very exciting if you take good care of them. That yielded good result for the company as well.
Cons: Extensive travelling

Creates opportunity for growth and self-awareness.

Sales Capability Facilitator 8am - 5pm Training of Sales Force (main market and Route To Customer outlets) Liaise with back office; HR, Liquor licencing, fleet management team, Sales management team Learnt how to be a self-starter. Learnt the discipline of work-at-home and ability to manage pressure. I enjoy my time in class when I facilitate Learnerships and unit standard programs. I love helping the learners with building their POEs. Most challenge is the clashing of roles, at times one does not know who to contact for assistance, and the usual passing the buck when it comes to accountability. I overcome this by knocking on everyone's door until I get an answer.

Pros: Laid back environment. 60% in class, 40% in trade, very flexible schedule and allows one to breathe.
Cons: When the pressure is on, it's on.

Engaging with customers to negotiate and influence sales

I engage with Diageo's customer base acording to a planned call cycle to negotiate and influence sales of liquor brands (spirits) in their liquor outlets acording to the cumpany's minimum standards

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Long hours and exciting engagement with consumers when doing promotions

Excellent development

we liase closely with customers in selling new brands and making profit for them. promote newbrands and market them build new networks for the business and manage their products.

A learning curve, eye opening to great opportunities. The driving all day is very challenging.

The company doesn't pay well and it is very strenuous and one works very hard to get paid R4000 which gets deducted and ends up going home with little.

Pros: Meeting with with different personalities on a daily basis
Cons: Little salary, too much work

Excellent learning curve for the industry

Good Listener

Ability to work underpressure without supervision. Reliable. Trustworthy. Able to corporate and contribute in teamwork. Good interpersonal skills. Through working at My Copy Enterprises, I acquired Technical skills, of which I am able to troubleshoot and fix computers as part of my skills.

Am hard worker and good in leassing

Am applying for sales rep position.Im having 4 years working at Libra Productions as sales and marketing.We where working at the taverns selling liqour.We are working even at home.The difficult part we are working in rural area where most of people are not working.For the work to be easy is to create good relationship with the customer.

Excellent relationship

As a Libra productions employee I could say it a pleasure to work there as we have a good understanding between sales representatives, team leaders and area managers. I have learnt how to be patient , how to tolerate people with different attitudes and how to convince someone to buy what I'm selling.
