Love the team work

Gleason working env. The recruitment process at times takes long and you can lose a great candidate due to delays. The ethos and value systems that are in place are great and quality patient care is a focusironment

It's a good company

I have lent to multitask and be a team player and respect my alder's when obeying instructions. I love being a nurse and working with patients around me and giving them support I need.

Emergency Medicine

The company ethics and values are set out excellently. The core values speaks to the values all Healthcare professionals should adopt. Multiple chances to act in positions are available for those who excel, unfortunately appointments for positions and promotions as well as salary adjustments are made upon subjective criteria.

Always busy, good working relationship

Good working relationship Company offer sharesGreat company to work for A day starts with meetings I have learnt a lot from my colleagues and we support each other always. I enjoy to be independent and teamwork is very great. I work alone sometimes it's challenging when I have to be absent from my work.

Great learning experience

I work with people on a daily basis and find it amazing and interesting to work with different characters. I report to the HR manager who is my direct line manager and my duties include but are not limited to office administration, assisting staff with their enquirers, compiling reports, recruiting and selecting, industrial relations, identifying need for training. I believe my verbal and written communication skills are good and so are my interpersonal skills.

Great learning curve, challenging.

My job is challenging, I work with many different people from other cultures, who also speak different languages. Team work is always the goal, so despite our differences we have to work together to reach the goal
