Great experience and exposure.
As a space planner one has to build planograms but building one involves a number of things Such as analysing data which is sales of the products, creating the actual product. Looking at the day stock cover. Making sure that though the the day stock cover is met the shelf also looks good visually. Making sure that the products pay for the space they take in terms of space so that would involve the number of facings you would give to that particular product. Than you go seat with the buyer and manager to give them feedback on the thought process you had when building the planogram. If they are happy thay sign it off if not you readjust but you push back as well. You suggest the minimum stock as well that would be required as well. All of this involve out of the box thinking while while using space effeciently. I enjoy interacting with people and have to present my work while learning from them when they give me feedback.
Pros: The people at the company are great to work with. Constantly share information so that you can learn.
Cons: Growth is for a selected few

Excellent learning curve
during my stay at mass build i have learnt to work on my own without supervision ,things like how to load trucks or containers in short period of time or how to be quick operating different types of machine.i made good working relationship with my co-workers and managers.and their working hours are reasonable.
Pros: not that much of pros

I would appreciate to be called in fir interview.
An Amazing company to work for. absolutly love my job, left me alone to do my word, as they know the work will be done, could use my own descretion. The company offers a lot of training for there staff, and send your to go study.
Pros: Loved every moment of my caree with this Company. There was a lot of pottensial for growth, and study. Learned a lot, and had a exstreamly good relation ship all my collques.

Day at work planning is crucial from customers staff business partners profit and loss we work well we have respect for the individual ownership accountability and personal growth the culture the fact that they understand and respect each other the fact that the CEO knows me by name even without recourses the buck stops with me I must role with the punches and come out on top making everybody a priority before yourself I love my Job
Pros: you deliver you will get rewarded
Cons: sometimes 7 to 6 daily and 1 weekend a month

Excellent management skill
Doing a daily floor walk to correct the found deviations, distributing the daily safety, fire and the racking and stacking checklist to the competent individual, doing a daily bin formation duty to observe if the customers get a good service.
Pros: Great opportunities for management growth
Cons: Able to work on the hactic and high pressure environment.

My skills are not being utilised to their full capacity
Typical day is capturing information on the payroll responding to queries and dealing with the stores.. My co-wokers and I work well together and help each other out whenever one is under pressure and keep each other motivated to complete tasks and relieve the stress I have more interaction with SARS and more involved with enforcing policies I enjoy reporting. Don't really get a lot of chances to work with them but when I do, I enjoy it. Trying to get managers to adhere to policies and payroll requirements
