its a very good place to start gaining experience, we work with clients each and every single day. and i think you have to be mentally and both physically too because if not you will be eaten alive because we have moody clients, rude clients and angry clients too. so to be able to deal with them for me personally, is a huge trivia. my relationship with my co-workers here is excellent, we all get along very well and help around where we dont entireley understand. i learnt alot at this company because it taught me that you have to work for every rand you earn because we earn by commision, so you basically have to beg, and convince that one client that you wanted to give up on because that commision might buy you your next loaf of bread. The most challenging aspect of the job is actually to be adherend and be persistant as well.

Valuable Experience obtained
Coming into work at 8am, log in to your computer. Check inbox for new clients that sent sms replies to the system for you to contact tele-phonically. Morning time is my best because that is when I am most fresh and vibrant-also get more clients to sign up for our company which is mainly products and services to assist them to get out of their Bad Debt situations and become Credit Clear. I am normally friendly and communicative with all my colleagues and office staff and also assist new and not-so-experienced agents with any queries and also win their trust by talking to their clients and convince them in their particular Language*(mostly Afrikaans-speaking clients)to sign up with the relevant agent that contacted them.
Pros: Excellent means of Acquiring Information of Facts in the Financial Industry
Cons: Lack of Leads and empty client promises to get back to you

Administrative work at Call Center
Doing Administrative work at the Call Center which includes communicating with client. Doing negotiation with creditors. Assessing client to see if they qualify to be removed from Debt Review or Administration. Communicating with Creditors Bureaus and NCR. Judgement and Adverse removal.
Pros: It feels good to help people become finacially free
Cons: Clients don't always work with you and they reverse the money

Excellent learning for credit industry
We work from Monday to Friday and we don't work on holidays. I am a well known person in maxlaw because I make sure that everyone that want to ask a question in me must feel free so that we can achieve our sales targets. I have learnt that you must not like to work alone you must be a person who like to work with other people's so that you can enjoy your work while you are doing it because if you just want to be the person who doesn't speak to other person's you will not have many idea's when you are stuck in a corner so better to be socialist so that you can ask anytime when you are stuck. I enjoy making sales a lot and assisting new employees who doesn't know on how to work I train them.I got challenged when I'm not making my monthly target's but I make sure that I am above 70% of my target

Good Call Centre management
Our call center manager is fair at all times. Credit is given where it’s due. When you tell her if your challenges she focuses on you and assists on solving them, however not neglecting the rest of team. A good space to make money once you are familiar with the products. The incentives offered are good, but it’s commission based so building up your salary is a good thing but increases slowly. Good team members there, always supportive. One can go a day without getting any new leads but could be able to get a few sales from previous leads.

Good learning curve
We have busy days. Have a good working environment, every person has his/her privacy and good space. And we do have good work relationship but as we all know that we all experience small fights as co workers. I did learn many things that I didn't know and I'm really glad I had a chance to work for a company like the one am working for. And the experience that I've got it really helped me personally. I enjoy speaking to clients helping them to understand whatever they need to be assisted with. Even though we have tough clients but at the end of the day you should make sure that whatever they needed to helped with they understand and happy.

Great experience
I had great time at Maxlaw, lovely people to work with mad great environment. I learned that working with client needs a great can do attitude and people skills one if he things I gained. I do enjoy and love working with people. Reaching the target and making weekly incentive in which I reached and received every week, the thing is I work best under pressure and deliver even better result that what is required if me.
