Good learning curve

We have busy days. Have a good working environment, every person has his/her privacy and good space. And we do have good work relationship but as we all know that we all experience small fights as co workers. I did learn many things that I didn't know and I'm really glad I had a chance to work for a company like the one am working for. And the experience that I've got it really helped me personally. I enjoy speaking to clients helping them to understand whatever they need to be assisted with. Even though we have tough clients but at the end of the day you should make sure that whatever they needed to helped with they understand and happy.

Excellent learning curve

A great learning curve for a fresh out of varsity candidate who is also looking forward to starting their own businesses. Growth is limited. Over all its a warm environment where you feel like you working at home with your siblings, Work is done properly, yes you don't always get what you put but it's worth it. Best Challenge is to work with (Clients ) who needs financial freedom.

Pros: A good place for non experienced
Cons: Limited space for growth

Salary was comition based only, no basic and no contracts were signed so you were let go at anytime they felt like it Great team building strategy's Short hours and no public holidays

I learnt a lot about cold calling and patience when dealing with customers

Good learning curve, teaches you customer appreciation, understanding and patience.. supervisors are good but bosses are strict. Work hours manageable. Got weekly bonuses so that helped

Pros: Good bonus structure
Cons: No basic salary

Good Company to work but not seeing your future around it.

Working at Maxlaw is good because you learn to be independent and how to deal with different kinds of people. But you must think carefully about your future while working there. Only one thing is that gain about customer service and learn different kinds of languages.

Excellent learning curve

Maxlaw credit legal awesome company to work for I have learned alot cause there are lots of products that help people of SA to get they credit report to help them retain their credit status so I would recommend it to people struggling with they credit

Quite interesting & very useful.

I would be communicating with existing & new clients on a daily basis. Would give advise on which product to buy in order to solve their problems. I got along with co- workers very well as am talkative. Was working under pressure at times as I had to reach targets as I'd be working in ma station. I enjoyed having to interact with clients as I made new relationships daily. Most challenging I would say is having to deal with difficult clients but I always had my way of softening them . I had to report to my manager daily & very mornings we would have a staff meeting just to kick start a day.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow & learn new things in a different kind of filled than what I'm usually used to.
Cons: Working under pressure & at times working through the weekend.
