It was a good starting point for me
They dont pay much for the amount of pressure they put people under. They dont allow for much balance between work life and trying to juggle all the other things that life can throw at the employees.

Excellent learning curve
The job is quite an interesting job, Because learning doesn't end. The interaction with customers are telephonically and it's amazing most of the time, I work with staff that keeps me motivated to do better as it is collections and there are competition all the way, I learnt that hard work pays off,Dedication and sacrifices leads to a much better tomorrow, I enjoy the competition staff bring across to one another the most, I don't have any difficulties with this job

Excellent environment
Its an amazing environment to work for, though there are challenges as any work place, the hours are flexible and there are great opportunities for growth. The management is the best and very helpful

Negotiation skill
MBD thought me how to negotiate with debtors/ customers, how to communicate with them,how to handle angry/ happy customer ,how to deal with their situations or emotions

Excellent
I managed a team of 20 employees, it was a call centre environment, had to meet targets and budget weekly and monthly. Have good working relationships. Able to assist my team with what they need

Excellent learning curve
Working at mbd legal collections has really been a great challenge in my life because i came across some great challenges whereby my daily standard needed 2 be met. I am actually have the best relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt a lot in the industry and i enjoy everything about it.

Excellent learning curve
A typical day at work is when i have to reach my daily target. i have a good working relationship with almost everyone at work. I have learnt a lot in this whole curve such as obtaining confidential info from individuals. I enjoyed collecting on behalf of the company. Obtaining account numbers from individuals was a bit more challenging.

Excellent learning curve
Having to meet my target is one of the most challenging thing about my job. I have a good relationship with almost everyone at work because i am a good team player. I have learnt that debt collection is not as fussy as it sounds and ive also learnt that if you have good telephone etiqutte then the job is going 2 be more easier. But i enjoy every moment of it.

More growth in sales department
Since I started working at MBD I've learnt a lot in the sales department. Now I can manage being patient with clients and having good communication skills. It also encouraged me to work as a team and become more competitive. Though, most of the times there's a lot of pressure...I got used to it since it is worth the effort.
