More growth in sales department

Since I started working at MBD I've learnt a lot in the sales department. Now I can manage being patient with clients and having good communication skills. It also encouraged me to work as a team and become more competitive. Though, most of the times there's a lot of pressure...I got used to it since it is worth the effort.

Good base to start your call centre experience

my day normally starts at 7h30 till 2pm depends on how im scheduled for the week. call people to repay their debts on a daily im working with good people our team gets along well and our supervisor understands every individual but sometimes we all have our moments. our work ethics get compromised when we work long hours before talking to us. but atleast we get paid if its overtime. i have learnt so much regarding call centre enviroment i can now indpendently work and reach my targets. socialise with my fellow mates but the frustrating part is working weekends and the salary is demotivating at times

Good way to learn

We work with debtors ,always negotiating for payment and the best thing I've learned is to have good listening skills in order to achieve what you want .The most terrifying thing about the job is dat you work mainly concentrating on your monthly target everything is target driven and also lunch nd tea break are so not accordingly you have to only spent 30 minutes for both the job is always stressful when coming to deal with aggressive debtor .

Excellent customer service

Working at a call centre has been my life ..have never done any job apart from this.so it runs through my veins.iam self driven and enjoying helping customers
