McDonald is a very well known company that shares love wisdom amd care. Working there to me as well is a gift. The working place is neat their stations are well clean amd the place is full of courage. So much challenging when we disagree most of

Under paid

I have been working for McDonald for 8 years now,and currently I'm a shift manager at my store. I love the aspect of QSC&V (Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Values for customers) it teaches us to respect and give customers excellent and best hospitality towards all our customers at all times.

I'v learnt to communicate with customers and attention to detail and a positive attitude

worked a cashier.worked for a year at East Rand value mall That helped me to get confidence in talking to the public, and also showed me that this is a job where I will need to work hard. I then worked for a short while in a kitchen assembling the Burger's. That showed me the other side of working in a restaurant, so I can understand the importance of giving the assembler a accurate information with orders since I was a cashier.

Excellent learning in communicating

It helps me to learn to communicate very well with people, how to approach them and how to humble yourself to them. Not to take everything seriously because other customers have they issues for home, work etc. So whatever they say don't take it serious especially the negative side.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn to multi-task

Loving all the work

Well being a barista has never easy at all but i learned most of exciting ventures which made the whole adventure more and more exciting yes am calling the whole particular job an adventure because i really wanted to learn more and more each and every day spending whole day doing what i love has really made me realise how socialism is better than individualism and has more productive and profitable results ever being a barista is more exciting and teaching one how to be patient and loving too i so love what i do
