Excellent learning curve and experience
Working at McDonald was the biggest nightmare of my life, I didn't have lunch time, managers were abusing their powers. Their hours are crazy, you work the whole night knockoff at 7am and go back to work the same day at 3. At the same time it was also nice to work there, I made friends. What I have learnt in McDonald is that working for franchise is not, but working for company is. The most challenging aspect is when you are slow learner like I am because supervisors and core crews are impatient
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Crazy hours
