-serving customers and making sure customers got they are correct orders right -We have good relationship and we also have a good team work -I have learned to communicate and interact with different people from different background. How to handle money -i like working at/ on drive thru because i multitask e.g will taking order well making a payment at the same time -Dealing with difficult customers

PROMOTIONS AND SALARY
I BELIVE MCDONALDS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR AND ENJOY WORKING FOR THE COMPANY MOSTLY BECAUSE I LOVE SERVING CUSTOMERS THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE SALARY THAT EARN AFTER MY HARD WORK AND THE FACT THAT POSSITIONS ARE GIVEN TO PEOPLE WITH NO EXPERIENCE WHERE BY I HAVE TO TEACH SOMEONE THE JOB YET THEY GET PAID MORE THAN ME

Excellent people development
I learned a lot about restaurant systems and management systems as well as a results I managed to improve one restaurant monthly average sales from 1.5 mil to 2.3mil. I also improved the profit after controllable from from 26.5 % to 31.2% per month in a space of five years. This was achieved by the systems that my team and I developed and worked towards.

Man of principles and procedures
If have special skills of profit control and people practice. I've been voted as Manager of the year and Food Safety awarded. I have passed 3 store inspection and reviews. I respect company policies and ethics so as I conduct my self. I really love turning complaints to compliments.

McDonalds and it's promises
I love woearnt a lot of things at McDonalds but I don't see growth in it for me or rather is pulling me back as I'll only have experience that I worked there not something to show for it like a certificate

Good leaning curve
Working hours can be less which leads to less income I have a very good relationship with my co-workers I have learned how to work with different types of people through customers,I have learned cleanliness is archived through hard work and team work is the best I enjoy working on sundays I get to earn doubled the actual day salary Ithe most challenging aspects of the job are working at night

FAST LEARNER
I am a great team player , very dedicated in everything i do a fast learner and i have done motivational speaking which i enjoy greatly hence i am currently studying with UNISA to be a public relations practitioner because i love working with people and learning new things everyday.
