Worse company to work for

It its all when you don't understand anything yet but as you learn and start to understand the system you can tell people are being manipulated and abused in this work environment

I get experience in maintaining the stores equiptment

Working at Mcdonalds is an experience that I believe I am required to obtain so that iI may be able to fend for myself. I am gaining knowledge in customer relations , and capital management aswell. Being a college student and being introduced to the work environment this way is quiet good. I am a hard working and consistent ,even though there are some challenges that will be difficult for me. I still manage to solve them after consulting with my colleagues. I love challenges , another ability of mine that I have manifested in this company. I do not think I am being paid for what I am worth though. But I know Mcdonalds is just preparing me for whats greater out there.

Cons: Staff is a problem. We have less staff, so we work longer hours than we should.

Exellent learning curve

-working as cashier,preparing food for customers, make a work place clean and cleaning all tables. -I am very friendly,kindness with all co-workers. -I learn how to work with customer and treat them with respect. -I enjoy to work with cash. -Challenges is to work night shift.

It is a nice working environment

Working in my company is fun. I work up everyday feeling excited because I have the most friendly colleages ever . Everytime they need my opinion im always there to give them . I learn that working as a team is a dream work . The most challenging aspects is when my my fellow workers are being lazy so I must be there to push them to do the work , encouraging them that we can do it.

Pros: I was an Admin Assistant now
Cons: I can work overtime if its necessary
