Good learning curve

A normal working day starts from 7am and ends at 5pm. The hours are long and you need to reach s certain target every day. I have learned how to work under pressure and also reach my targets.

I have learned more things in dealing with difficult client and solved problem they encountered .

I worked as Collections Consultant where we were collecting outstanding payments for Absa Bank and now working as an Inbound Call Centre Agent where we are assisting people for the delivery of their medication capturing Scrips and link them to their Profiles .

Pros: I was once appointed as an Team Leader at Mark Robert Attorneys
Cons: I do not have a problem to work long hours

While i was not working i was studying

I like working with people I get along with my colleagues Working needs full concentration we all have problems but we need to leave, them on at not to involve our workplace. If I have a problem with my Co-worker I have to try and solve the problem before I take it to the manager or supervisor.

Excellent learning curve

It's an enjoyable working space.I like to help patient in a daily basis as we work hand in hand with them.the most difficult experience is working with a difficult customers,where they wouldn't appreciate your work.I have a very good relationship with my co workers the reason being I am a team player

Pay attention to detail

I am very self motivated and pro active.Being a Team leader has thought me to be self independent and to be able to go an extra mile.Working with patients on a daily basis has thought me to be self discipline.Team worker is very important as I have learned to be charge and to be accountable.

Hard working. Goal driven and even dedicated to learn more.

I've learned a lot working at Medipost Pharmacy, how to be a team player.

I've learned to be a team player and work well under pressure. I've learning that working with angry n inpatient patience can be stressful and tiring, but you have to learn to be patient and be a problem solver. Think on your feet to find a solution to the problem. Be punctual, respectful to ur colleagues and senior. Do your job to the best of your ability.

Cons: These no growth andusometimes you work on weekends and you miss a lot of family time and functions.

Excellent

Distribution of medication in south Africa especially chronic medicine.Couriers are the only whose transporting medication for medipost.Is the largest pharmacy in south Africa which can provide medication in all places.Medication is been delivered for free.
