Unique experience
Unique experience working at courier pharmacy. Allowed me to experience working with patients on insulin pump therapy and CGM. Experience working with medical aids for authorisations.

Excellent learning curve
Great company to work at and they take you to school to do a pharmacist assistant course and they have the training facility on site with tutors.. And we work from Monday to Friday 8 to 5

I am a hard worker reliable effective with regard to my work.
I working at medipost pharmacy I have learned that I should responsible and to keep confidentiality as we working with patient with different diseases as we work with chronic people. The working environment is just normal and its comfortable

Medipost pharmacy has given me the opportunity to be one an assistant which I worked hard, I started as a packer then became administrator now I'm a claiming assistant, claimed for DOH tender now currently in GEMS, I have grown in these department now I want to expand my experience and also get experience at other companies

Medipost Pharmacy
I have good communications skills with all co-workers. We work hard everyday to make sure the patients get the write medication and on time. I have lwarn all the diffrent medications that there is.the most challenging is making sure all work is done before we go home.

Great opportunity to learn and skills transfer since the HR team is made of millennias.
This is great opportunity for me to apply all my vast experience in Senior Management and designing my own Human resource strategic partnership architecture and leave a legacy. I report directly to the CEO who is very supportive and fully understand the fact that employees are the greatest assein the organization I seat at EXCO, I seat at RemCO and and Biard meetings by invitation. I am in charge of Employee Training and development as well as the groups BBBEE agenda.I am part of the decision makers about joint ventures and Associates as well as strategic partnerships.I enjoy working with both EXCO members and Board members as well as influencing each and every employee and future employees as I apply the HR standards as agreed with South African Board if People Practices.I enjoy the high pressure environment I work in and no day the same as the other experience I get at work.

Cons: The Company expects all this but does not have sufficient money to fund all the development and also does not pay for what I must and can deliver.i actually engaged the CEO and he said there is no plan to review the package I am on, so it's clear I will deliver all if this for far less than I would prefer As I am busy doing it.
