I have learnt a lot and gained a lot of experience through out my career

I monitor security compliance and investigate all security incidences, including fraud and all other criminal activities. My experience and passion makes me to enjoy my wok. My ability to analyse things and provide positive solutions for the problems has made me to gain respect amongst my managers, colleagues, stakeholders and law enforcement authorities. I have learnt a lot in my career and I enjoy helping people through their challenges.

Pros: I am looking forward to the promotion as this will also motivate and enhance my responsibilities.
Cons: As an investigator, I am used to long hours without being paid overtime.

Should always keep you head up. Learn and exsplore The work experience is good you will learn new things each day. The working hours are okay. The employees always push the company to please the customers

Great Opportunity

Great work environment

Loved my previous job,colleagues worked together as a team from checking counters till to the boarding gates.Management listened to us as employees our suggestions and complaints.Airport career needs someone who is energetic n self spoken.

Excellent learning curve

I believe in excellent results in a good career growth and with the assistance and exposure I will acquire from working for FlySafair I can achieve anything setting my mind to.I am hardworking and can work under pressure,I also work good in a team.Im also good in meeting new people and apply great customer service.Im well organized and well spoken I also work well on my own. What I enjoyed most working for Menzies was that I was exposed to different cultures and different people. A typical day would be starting my shift at five am. Setting up the chekin counters. Editing the flights and making sure the meal count is as per every passenger that has booked. I liaise with the staff the passengers and management.

Excellent learning curve

I enjoyed working with different staff members from different cultural background. The average day I would get to work before five am and set up the counters for the check-in agents. I would edit the flight as per the requirements of the airline. I would allocate seats for executive travelers traveling in these different classes Cathay Pacific had available. I would liaise with the check-in agents the passengers and management. I would also resolve passengers queries.

Good in terms of service

good to work there even thou we work 12 days before we can get two days off.we have a very good relationship as workers.mostly team work its what I enjoy most.safety is most thing i learned.the most challanging is getting to work and find out that the most of the equipment are starked it really give us headeach headache and our seniors don't even bother to make some plans

Pros: promotion its very rear since being in one position for a period of 10 years

Excellent learner

It’s sometimes so good at some of the days but most of the time its never easy to take the abuse that we get from our co-workers and it is very hard to get so little amount among others and it is very hurting to work with people who do not appreciate your presence . I’m thankful for the training and the experience that i have gained through aviation and I so grateful for working for this company’s but my colleagues are so boring because they pretend to be the best in your eyes but when you turn your back you become their laughing stock.

Pros: I always apply but the reply back its alwys unsuccessful😪
Cons: I never mind working long hours

Being an independent and positive individual makes it easy to grow in each position I fill. I participate with great enthusiasm in all activities at work and work hard to reach my sky limit. I'm a quick learner, confident, professional, energetic and adaptable all the mentioned characteristics helps in my career growth. I take great pleasure in forwading my resume for your consideration as this could be an additional experience in my career growth.

Difficult to adapt

Is a aviation industry you work with shift bt long hours. You learn a lot about customer service an working wth different culture. How to make customer feel welcome and improve your inner personality
