Loads of responsibility

Train the trainer Meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Awkward shift changes, twice a month. Demoralizing disciplinaries of staff that sometimes only needed to be a documented discussion.

Growing opportunities

I work in a very high pressured environment which means i can work under pressure and i work in a big company which means i work with a lot of people. We work in teams which means that we inspire each other to achieve our team goals.

Merchants was a good company to work for, but lack of growth.

To work for Merchant taught me a lot and gave me a different outlook on what it was to actually deal with international customers. I worked night shift and even though it was tiring, the iiNet team was great and always motivated each other to do our best. I had a very good relationship with my manager as he always believes that reaching your full potential should be a goal that everyone in the team has. I enjoyed that the customer has such a big take on culture and all the new trends.

Pros: Great people, salary was good and the environment was great.
Cons: To work night shift may not always be what's best for ones family.
