Great environment
Merseta is a lovely organisation to work for. My co-workers are easy going, friendly and respectful beings. I have learnt a lot about skills development act, skills development levy, SAQA act and national qualifications framework. The most challenging aspect about my job is the ever changing administration regulations and angry clients.

im currently working as a quality administrator. im processing applications, capturing dates, updating results. ive started working at merseta as a call centre agent in 2009 and got promoted to filling assistance filling using metro file. filling using Alphabetical and NUMERICALLY. im currently working as an administrator. i have gained lot of exposure and knowledge. i love closing the skill gap and rendering the service to the clients..
