Its great learning curve, i have gain extensive experience and no growth My department is called srd (special retrieval department), we had to deal with customer in a specific way and deliver in sla We work as a team, our duty is to deliver in time and the correct information to the client I have learned that the client is important. Communication its a key and knowing your product is essential for better work flow I enjoy meeting my deadlines and making sure that i constantly maintained professional services to our clients Being in contact with a difficult client or unhappy client due to our service delivery is most challenging as the customer care agent, you need to ussure the client with confidant that you will assist professional your service.

Yes, one learns how to manage and handle clients work as requested,carry out clients instructions.

- Our or my typical work day commences early in the morning whereby we are to be punctual so that we can start as early as possible with our daily work. - I relate very well with my colleagues, supervisor and management. - I learnt that team work conquers everything and that we are always on the winning side if you are a team person. - Taking out well detailed instructions and work without being reminded that i am at work. - We are greatly dealing with confidential information, one needs to pay more attention and focus on the work for the day.

Pros: No, there is no promotion as we work on contract basis.
Cons: 8 hours and sometimes work over time

EXCITING PLANET TO BE IN

-I ENJOY WORKING WITH PEOPLE I KNOW(MY OFFICE TEAM) AND MY EXTENDED COLEAGUES WITH I TALK WITH ALMOST EVERYDAY(CLIENTS) -BEING THE LAST BORN OF THE TEAM IS REALY EXCITING BECAUSE THEY GIVE ME EXTRA LOVE AND SUPPORT AND ALL OF THEM ARE MOTHERS TO ME. -I LEARN NEW DIFFERENT THINGS EVERYDAY E.G PROCESSING,REQUESTING,CLIENT BASE ETC. -DEALING WITH THOSE DIFFICULT CLIENTS IS VERY CHALLENGING BUT I CAN MOSTLY HANDLE THEM BECAUSE I HAD TO DEAL WITH DIFFICULT LADIES AT RAGE WITH THE SHOES.

Excellent learning curve

CAREER OBJECTIVE: My objective is to develop relevant and competent skills, and pursue a career in management science and technology. I want to enhance my knowledge of typing/ data capturing financial statements and administrative tasks as these skills will allow me to contribute greatly to the industry, in the long term.

Cons: eight hours and sometimes work until late when there is more work to be finished before deadline

I have learned how to respect clients and punctuality

Punctuallity and concentration is key as we deliver to 35 - 40 companies a day, I have learned to work as a team,I enjoyed interacting with my clients and helping other co-workers because we worked as a team.

Pros: There is no promotions at our workplace.
Cons: We work from 7am to 5pm.

Excellent learning experience

working under supervision and under immerse in order to achieve daily achievement is excellent cos it teaches us to focus, and working on time which is very accurate, i,ve leant a lot like basic typing skills which is very necessary and multi tasking and working under presuure and achieveing the best results at the same time

Very good learning curve

Metrofile is a record management company. Sort of backup company whereby many companies take their files for storage. Storage include physical and electronic storage. Employees at Metrofile are encouraged to be multi skilled. I personally have learned a lot. Today I can do scanning , data capture , retrieval , create labels for new files and warehouse for storage , filing , prepping , receiving , ad hoc duties such as network cables connection , computer connection , order and replace damaged keyboards , mouse and also order stationary. Customer service as well. I certainly had a very healthy relationship with my colleagues starting from a cleaner to the manager. Some days can be hectic due to high volumes of client requests an also target is set on daily basis to avoid SLA. I really enjoyed when clients sent emails to appreciate my service.

Cons: Pressure

Great for work experience only

There is lots of work that needs to be done, as the company deals with lots of clients documentation and it very hard to balance life as it is very hard to get leaves and never closes for December holidays.

Excellent service provider

working at metrofile is quite good I have been with the company for years now and I must say I have learned a lot,yes days are not the same but me having a passionate of learning things I made it I became one of top workers..having a chance to work with such a wonderful people is a blessing.. I enjoy reading a lot just to have n idea what is going on around me.learning new things and share ideas with others. the most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with tough clients.
