Excellent learning curve

working at metrofile one needs to physically fit and a hard working,because most of the work requires physical strength and concentration. We have a daily target or stats and accuracy,we work as a team and become very close working together cause most of the time we help each other understanding a new job and strategies taggle stats. I have learned to resolve conflicts, to work well with my co-workers and respecting my job. I enjoy my work because you grow as a person and that I have proved several times that the is no job for man, if one put their mind and dedication to it you can get the job done.The most challenging is when my daily stats is high and I still need to carry the boxes

It's nice to work with different people,but sometimes you have to understand they personality in bad a good way...It's helpfull to work for company that gona give you challenge and give you more knowledge

I’m trust worthy, reliable and a hard worker

I am a dynamic, energetic and hardworking person. I’m proficient with the following; M.S WORD, M.S EXCEL, M.POWERPOINT.I am a self-motivated individual who is goal driven and determined to reach high levels in terms of career development. I have worked at the warehouse since being there I have honed in on my interpersonal skills, working and interacting with different characters every day.

Yes I did have an excellent learning

Hard working and support the team at all times,make sure that we do what the company is expecting from our planning team,make sure that SLA is up to standard at all times.

Excellent communication

I have a very good interaction with my co-workers. I'm always there to give a ear and helping hand and willing to learn more about the industry. I enjoyed the work load because everything day you capture something different and learn something new and development as a employee.

Excellent learning curve

Friendly staff, open to teaching. I've learnt everything that's got to do with capturing, like capturing manually and online, scanning, answering telephone calls, and invoices. I enjoy the job, except that it's more work and little pay, so that's the challenge.

Excellent company to work fir

I've grown into my position at my current company and that makes my job so much easier as I am able to relate to all department issues and able to either assist or help sort out queries. In my position I am able to voice my opinions and enforce/implement procedures and processes.

Excellent experience

A wonderful experience but I would like to pursue other work experiences in other companies just to grow as person an to figure out what is really really makes me tick and excell, manly because I have an open mind to everything that comes across my way. But I did enjoy in Metrofile. Thanks
