Worst company I have ever worked at

A lot of open racism. No one says or does anything to make conditions pleasant. Broken chair and phone. Favoritism. Promised incentive always has a reason why they not paid. Inexperienced CM and FM. No one takes responsibility. Bad decisions nit picking. Constant putting staff down

Pros: None
Cons: Total negative impact from manager to top. Worse place I have worked at in 30 years

I've got opportunities to get to learn lots of things at metrofile,their hospitality was amazing

I am the kind of person who love working with people,every day when I wake up knowing that I'm going to work I pray to God to give strengths so that I can be able to serve the people with care and in a proper manner,I believe in the skills I possess I am a hard worker that's what gave smile to my superiors,yes there were challenges but I've managed to calm them down by being nice and applying a proper problem solving skills.

Being trained how to handle critical documents and how to work with people

Working for Metrofile is a great because you work with a lot of critical and important information varies from legal documents to health and insurance documents its challenges you intelligence and it grows you as a person its challenging but exciting at the same time

Pros: Being promoted as a cleaner to be an retention center assistant was an achievement for me
Cons: Not given enough opportunities to grow move up the ladder when it comes to promotion
