My day start with assisting member with queries as well as doctors querying about the claims. I am doing claims assessing/processing as well as correspondence daily. I love working with people but can worked solely as well. I am a very productive person that make my daily benchmarks. I came to MMI as a client Service agent today I can be called a claims specialist whereby I can investigate and process claims. I like results and not to escalate anything as I want things to get done and buried. We cannot conclude everything as we don't have excess to all our departments.
Pros: oppertunity to move to other departments

Proactive advise and confidentiality
to give my best advice to clients to financially secure their future benefits and finances. I go to clients especially government employees and persuade them to secure their finances for their loved ones once the client passes away or has retired. help them to invest in good products. the challenge is to know how to present your self for a client to buy in to your product, cement their trust and integrity for them to allow you to even advise them. it's not that easy as I put it but nothing is impossible because during my course I acquired such skills to be able to be fluent when presenting my self, the company and my products.

Excellent learning opportunities
I start at 9 and it ends at about 9pm as I do sales and must be in constant contact with my clients some of them I can only see after hours. I neec to know the Finance Acts of the country and be able to explain to my clients and advice them on how to best use the finances they have to create wealth and a comfortable living for them and their families. I have a good relationship with my co-workers as at times we need to go out and do presentations about the products we offer and maintaining healthy relationships its key in this industry. I have learned about budgeting and wise spending. The thing that I enjoy most is interacting with people and helping them to be better planners when it comes to their financial needs and in so doing they enjoy quality life by making good financial choices. It's most challenging when I have to convince a difficult client to buy our products

Metropolitan afforded me the opportunity to grow in an HR environment.
Metropolitan is an excellent company to work for. The opportunity to grow and learn was always presented to the employees. Metropolitan prides itself for its excellent employee benefits. The main reason people stay long at Metropolitan is for its culture. The salary offers and the excellent working environment. In the Metropolitan employees have ample opportunity to prioritize family and work.

Excellent
Hi, I am a self-motivated vibrant female who is willing to go the extra mile in what I am tasked with and attention to details and very willing to learn and accept any challenge that I might encounter at any time. My current position is an Administrative role in an costumer services I am well presented and I am professional in the workplace, I work hard and I’m not afraid of a pressurized environment, I’m a team player, punctual, friendly, honest and reliable, I’m dedicated to my work and I’m very neat and organized. I firmly believe that through hard work and dedication one can achieve success.

Good learning curve
I am working on my self made schedule as like I am my own boss, I learnt that in life you must be patient in order to become something in future. the most challenging part is to always wake up in the morning and find out were to get your market. what I enjoy the most is that no one is behind my back to check if I am working or not, I used to set my own standard of working.

Excellent
Right now I'm currently unemployed. Where I used to work contracts ended. It was very good working there because we pushed ourselves to reach target we were given a weekly target and it depends on individual to reach it with in a given time. Most of the times we worked as a team which was very good because we built each other. I have learnt that there is I in a TEAM together we can, in times where we were working together we used to reach target but as an individual it was hard. I enjoyed working with people I saw the other side of the world recruiting people from different backgrounds . I've also learnt different typed of customers how to deal with difficult customers and how to solve problems with in the company and to keep our clients satisfied. Work till late more especially when you have appointments with clients who works late. When the costumers doesn't want your product you have to convince him/her.

I am just working in this company since my contract at South African Airways was cancelled
it is a fast pased company which is target oriented,every minute counts in each an every hour the supervisor monitors the time spent on the phone and how many calls you made in each an every hour.
Pros: it was a great opportunity to be employed in this company as i was not employed
Cons: we work very long hours as we chase targets

They changed the salary structure
Was fun and challenging. We all respected one another. when you changed the salary structure of sales staff you can destroy a company the chase and achieving targets.
