Very informative training

Specialist in an IT field
The time i was working as a financial advisor was lots of fun. I worked as a financial adviser just to keep time going. I had to deal with lots of people meet different types of personalities. It was great to meet other people and make some money for the company. A typical work day would be from 8:30 to 5 and you would have you full day of service. I learned that you have to be a very good seller and a good people's person. Always be on your guard. My colleagues and I always worked together we understand that we all have to make a sale and we all have to help each other. What was most challenging is when you have to deal with a difficult client. But you learn to master them.

GOING FOR WORKSHOPS AND DIFFERENT TRAINING
HECTIC WORK AS A CLIENT CONSULTANT FROM 08:00 IN THE MORNING TILL 16:30,THEN I KNOCK OFF THEN I GO TO MY CLIENTS AS A FINANCIAL ADVISER. I DO WHAT I GET PAID FOR,ITS WAS HARD TO BALANCE ALL THAT BUT NOW I COULD EVEN DO IT IN MY SLEEP,ITS CHALLENGING AND DEMANDING BUT I ENJOY WORKING WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE EVERY DAY,YOU GET TO KNOW ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE,INSURANCE IS NO CHILDS PLAY DEALING WITH PEOPLES MONEY IS HARD,BUT YOU LEARN HOW TO HANDLE PRESSURE

Extensive Customer experience
Typical work day was to advise and create financial needs to the clients and help them to reach informed decisions, I had a family love oriented co- workers we helped each other when it's needed and through that it has taught me on how to handle situations and people differently, listening skill mostly not to over judge people situations of life. I enjoy helping people and try by all means necessary to put a smile on their face to make them feel comfortable and restore their confidence. My job is challenging because every day in every minute you deal with a different person having different ideas,issues or problems that requires me to listen carefully and do needs anylisys to reach beneficial conclusion to their statement. You become a superhero to everyone in their eyes .

HONEST HARDWORKING AND A TEAM PLAYER
I enjoy my work and very passionate about it. It's very exciting waking and looking forward to the day. I travel a lot, meeting new people everyday studying their behaviors, creating a good relationship with my clients and providing financial solutions to them. I have a good relationship with my co workers they are the ones they know me because i always spend my time with them when at work. And even if there is something wrong with me they are the ones that first notices. I have learnt on how to sell company's products and meet the company's standards and values. I have learnt on how to provide Financial Solutions to my clients on a daily basis. The most challenging part is when you travel far using money and then you don't get not a single client, sometimes u have made an appointment with a client and they cancel at the last meeting. but then you don't have to show to the client that you are disappointed you have to be calm and polite.
Pros: Yes i would love to get a promotion one day, even if it's not with the current company, because i am a very hardworking and dedicated person.
Cons: Sometimes I do work long hours including weekends of which I am not complaining, because I have to meet my target and also I love my job.

Excellent Learning Curve
I service existing clients and new clients and ensure that i give the the best service.I love working in a team and i can work well under pressure without any supervision.I am a go-getter and a sales driven ambitious lady.Working in the insurance industry has taught me to be a loving person and friendly and deliver my outmost service to my clients.It has taught me work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.I enjoy most giving the best service to my clients and seeing them being happy also working closely with my colleague as i work in a team.The most challenging aspect of my job is making sure i meet my target of the week and submit what is required of me.
