Also time for learning something new

A typical work day in the office always have stress moments and some funny moments. In the mornings first things first is to check the reports from the call centre for the pervious night and the morning. I then start with finding out if the hospital needs extra staff for the night or the next day, and making sure that the careers working at the Home Base clients are booed and confirmed. There is always some time for a coffee in the morning and a quick hello to everyone in the office. The relationship I have with my co-workers are very professional, but we do enough to laugh together and help each other out. I always learn something new in the office everyday, whether its something about the system that I didn't know or how someone likes to drink their coffee. I have always enjoyed working with other people, as I feel that you can always learn something from someone. The most challenging aspect of the job when the hospital gets busy and we don't have staff to help them and there is no one to work overtime.

Pros and cons to work for MHR company

It was excellent learning environment through practical .It envolve team work through different health displinary teams .But it needs long working hours with unpaid overtimes.It demands accountability and responsibility which lead to self discipline and personal management.It leads to enjoyable hard work. It encourages love and respect for human being.Is good to save and rehabilitate lives.Long standing hours promote physical fitness

Excellent learning curve

Always willing and eager to learn new skills. I am friendly and have a compassionate personality. I have learned how to be a good team player. I enjoy working with people.

Their is no benefits hear

Working as a team to make the work load not so stressful nursing is actually a 24 our job l love working with sick people,every day have a new challenge

Cons: You get cancelled alot they don't give you enough shifts expedually over desember months you lucky if you get two days to work

Enroled Nurse

Take over from night or day staff. Charting pocedures. Monitoring patient. Care that is prescribed. See to the comfort and safety of rach patient. Working as a team to provide the best care. Documentation en reporting to senior.

Excellent policies and operational guides

Good team mates: ability to assist each other with their tasks. Everybody understands each others role in company. Have learnt how to utilize time constructively. Enjoyed my role as a recruiter and having to place suitable candidates with clients as required, also client relationship building. Challenges: lack of room for growth.

Flexible working hours

Well organised company and good business practises. Great way to work on one’s own terms. Not great for long term career development and no stratified remuneration packages based on years experience.

Met new people. Problem solving. Scheduling of staff

I'm only a relief co- ordinator, i didn't get to know the staff well enough. I have learned a great deal. One get to realise the importance of nurses and doctors. And also that we don't appreciate the work they perform.
