7/7 job in different icu.Team work is very important to me.Good working relationship and mutual respect to each other.learning from other personeel.I learn different disease and how to treat them.

Pros: I will be glad if I can be promoted because I am capable of doing the best
Cons: Am now bothered by working 7/7 and weekends

Excellent learning experience

My company is a big company in south africa and offers a great experience to our client providing high standard of nursing care to our client .and work within a scope of practice as stipulated by the law of south African nursing council.

Learning opportunities

Hard working and a fast learner. I am also able to work under pressure. Communication with other staff members to avoid medico legal risks and conflict
