Pros: I got to have insights into an amazing oroduct from Microsoft and explored how remote productivity is possible when you have the right tools.
Cons: Connectivity being a major issue in South Africa ,Most clients were finding it hard to adopt this product into their line of business.

Excellent learning curve

Like to start my day off by prayer then planning of my work day and the handling of my task for the day and to complete my tasks before my knock off time

Great exposure and learning opportunity

I enjoy the daily challenges involved in handling the entire teams administration as most of the team members are sales based and are on the road. The compliance management aspect of my job gives me the liberty to understand the business from a better perspective. People skills daily interacting with the team and helping them find solutions to any operational issues they may have. The fact that we work with different time zones as an international company is fun cause that means I meet new people and the job never ends basically.

Cons: Long Hours
