Excellent leadership and teamwork

It's outbound call center. We call clients and like to offer them insurance quotes . I have learned that you have punctual on order to get clients and never give up. Also ways will to go an extra mile. I have love that the is a work life balance and team work . E.g if the is a language barrier always willing to help each other.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours but if you on your daily target you can leave at any time.

Excellent learning curve

We assist Brokers and Clients alike with queries on short term policies, payments, commission and changes. Our turnaround time of 48 working hours is currently the most challanging as we have over 500 indipendant Brokers doing business with our company and we are constantly striving to deliver world class service to Brokers and our clients

I am very happy and enjoy my work ,just need a change were i can grow.

During my work experience at Miway I was fortunate enough to have experienced first-hand and learned, many different sides of what goes into a organisation , the general process of how an task is initially planned, developed and completed; as well as how much work and detail goes into every stage. Another valuable lesson I have learned during these months , were the insight into the different types of roles and responsibilities that I could perform, as an Insurance consultant

Very excellent learning curve

It is a very good company to work for in terms of growing and learning. The coworkers are easy to work with. The working hours are extremely long. Miway also grants weekly incentives

I have become friendlier, more energetic and hard working

A great company vibrant ,energetic ,friendly and a pleasant work environment Miway is a company that pushes you to become the hard worker you didnt know you were. The environment is a great place to work in especially if you are fresh out of high school. you can gain the necessary skills needed to become the best sales agent /customer care agent ever . you just need to work hard and achieve tasks given to you whether its individual or a team task.

Pros: The commision structure is the best out of all the other insurance companies

Positive ,self motivated, hard worker and up for a challenge

Good day, I have dealt with alot of clients and the beauty of it is the fact I enjoy assisting clients ,making sure I am able to help them , it keeps me on my toes to assist different people with different issues but that isn't the only reason why I love doing what I do , working under pressure motivates me to grow and seek bigger challenges ...
